**Experience Required:** 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the social impact sector.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead (Consultant) to join our team. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading data-driven projects for the public good. This will involve working closely with our partners to understand their needs, develop project plans, manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Project Management:** Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* **Partner Engagement:** Build strong relationships with our partners, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable project plans.

* **Data Analysis and Interpretation:** Work with our data team to analyze and interpret data, identify key insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.

* **Solution Development:** Collaborate with our technical team to develop innovative solutions that address the needs of our partners.

* **Project Reporting:** Prepare regular project reports for partners and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

* **Team Management:** Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

* Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

* Experience in the social impact sector is highly desirable.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven solutions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

* Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

* Passion for using data and technology to create positive social impact.
