Job Description:

Better World Foundation is looking for a competent professional for the post of Project Manager for a state government flagship project related to Social Enterprise Development, Market Linkage,  Livelihood Enhancement and Community Mobilization in the district of Sukma, Chhattisgarh. The  ideal candidate will have a proven track record of completing projects and creating tangible results.  Our fast-paced office environment is full of creative thinkers and doers who collaborate to get  ideas off the ground. Qualifications and Experience  

Must have: 

• Masters/MPhil/PGD in Rural Management/Social Work/ Development  Studies/Entrepreneurship Development/Rural Development/Agribusiness  Management/Community Development/Forest Management/ Community Organization and  Development Practice/Development Management.
• At least 3 years of experience of working for/with a Central/State Government  Ministry/Department Organization, Non-Profits/Corporate Organization 

Desirable: 

• Experience in Public Sector consulting. 
• Excellent Communication Skills. 
• Essential Time Management Skills. 
• Project Management and Organizational Awareness. 
• Essential Problem-Solving Skills. 
• Essential Leadership Skills. 
• Experience in drafting progress reports, diagnostic studies, DPR etc. 

Interpersonal skills: 

• Willing to learn new processes, practices and technologies. 
• Good managerial, interpersonal & analytical skills. 
• Effective at understanding community-based stakeholder’s requirements and communication
