**Job Description: Project Manager – State Reform (Bhopal)**

Central Square Foundation (CSF) is a non-profit organization established in 2012, dedicated to enhancing learning outcomes for schoolgoing children across India through system-led reforms. CSF focuses on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), collaborating with state governments to design and execute statewide FLN Missions. The organization integrates EdTech solutions, prioritizes Early Childhood Education, and works towards improving governance in education. CSF aims to reduce learning poverty by working with national and state governments, establishing project management units, and fostering a partner ecosystem for collective action.
**Role Overview:**
The Project Manager will lead FLN reform initiatives in Bhopal, focusing on large-scale educational reforms. The role involves managing projects across multiple workstreams, including teacher training, system assessments, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government stakeholders, strong project management skills, and a commitment to education reform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage FLN reform projects in Bhopal, collaborating with state, district, and block-level stakeholders.
– Oversee the design, implementation, and iteration of academic materials, teacher training programs, and assessments.
– Develop and implement monitoring systems using tech tools and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
– Support FLN Fellows and district project management units to improve mission implementation fidelity.
– Collaborate with government officials, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university; master’s preferred.
– 2-4 years of work experience in project management, preferably with government entities or the education sector.
– Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills (English and Hindi).
– Experience working with government stakeholders and managing complex projects.
– Familiarity with education reform, EdTech, or public policy is a plus.
