**Position Summary:**
The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager role supports the state FLN team in developing and implementing a foundational learning program. This involves academic workstreams like Teaching-Learning Materials, Teacher Capacity Building, Mentoring, Assessments, and Classroom Observations. The role requires daily interaction with government officials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop academic work products and documents.
– Design curricular materials and instructional resources.
– Support the development of assessment frameworks.
– Conduct training needs assessments and design teacher modules.
– Mentor teachers and integrate on-site support programs.
– Monitor program implementation and manage knowledge documentation.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in education, social sciences, or related fields.
– 1.5 to 4 years of experience for Project Manager; 4 to 6 years for Senior Project Manager, preferably in education with teaching experience.
– Experience in foundational literacy and numeracy is a plus.
– Fluent English; knowledge of Punjabi preferred.
– Strong communication skills and growth mindset.
