**Job Title:** Project Manager – Hans Skill Centre  

**Location:** Delhi  

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**About the Company:**  

The Hans Foundation (THF), established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust dedicated to creating an equitable society by empowering marginalized and underprivileged communities in India. THF focuses on health, education, skilling, and disability inclusion, working across aspirational districts and urban areas through its 20 Swasthya Cities initiative.

 

**Position Details:**  

– **Reports To:** Manager – Swasthya Cities  

– **Contractual with renewable potential based on project requirements**

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Management:**

   – Manage the Hans Skill Centre project, including stakeholder consensus building and progress reporting.

   – Oversee project timelines, budgets, and activities.

 

2. **Skill Centre Operations:**

   – Conduct training needs assessments and prioritize skill gaps.

   – Finalize accessible premises, set up labs according to SSC/NSDC standards, and engage trainers.

   – Facilitate placements and support self-employment for trainees.

 

3. **Team Leadership:**

   – Lead the project team, identify KRAs, and assess capacity-building needs.

 

4. **Reporting & Documentation:**

   – Review project reports and SOPs, providing policy inputs as needed.

 

5. **Finance & Administration:**

   – Manage staff appraisals, maintain records, and handle attendance and billing.

 

**Qualifications:**

– Postgraduate in management, public administration, development, or social work with 10 years of experience in the social sector.

– At least 5 years of experience in skill development programs.

 

**Skills & Requirements:**

– Proficiency in project management, MS Office, and English language.

– Ability to manage specialized tasks related to project design and implementation.

 

**Work Schedule:**  

Monday – Saturday (excluding 2nd & 4th Saturdays), as per office timings.

 

**Salary Range:** INR 8,00,000 – 9,00,000/-
