**Job Description: Project Manager – Amazon Future Engineer**

Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (branded as Leadership For Equity, LFE), is a non-profit (NGO). It partners with local and state education bodies to co-create programs that improve teaching-learning practices and student outcomes. LFE focuses on building system leaders and equipping teachers to enhance foundational learning and technology integration.
**Project Overview:**
The Project Manager will lead the Amazon Future Engineer (AFE) project in Andhra Pradesh, aiming to promote computer science and 21st-century skills for government school students. The role involves ensuring project goals are met through effective implementation across districts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Program Design & Operations (30%):**
Develop iterative project plans, design monitoring mechanisms, oversee training materials, and conduct site visits to ensure successful implementation.
– **Team Management (30%):**
Lead a team of 2-3 Associates, focusing on deliverables, professional development, and implementing reporting structures for accountability.
– **Stakeholder Management & Advisory (20%):**
Build relationships with government stakeholders, co-create solutions, and provide progress updates to ensure project impact.
– **Monitoring & Evaluation (10%):**
Design tools to measure project effectiveness, analyze data, and compile impact reports.
– **Organisational Support (10%):**
Forge partnerships, collaborate with non-profits, and represent LFE at events to promote the brand.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Education/Development preferred).
– 6+ years of project management experience, including work with government stakeholders.
– Experience in managing remote teams and capacity building for teachers/officers.
– Strong communication skills, proficiency in project design and M&E, and adaptability to changing responsibilities.
**Compensation:** ₹8,00,000 – 10,00,000 lakh per annum based on experience and skillset.
