About the Role

Job Type : Full Time
Work-days : Monday to Saturday
Remuneration: 30k to 35k CTC Per month

As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Project Lead and be responsible for the Implementation of the project through proper coordination and collaboration with partner Organizations and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Operations: Coordinating with the project team and overseeing day-to-day activities.

● Liaising: Planning and coordinating with government departments and state Administration officials as necessary.

● Stakeholder Management: Maintaining good rapport with stakeholders to coordinate Implementation and showcase.

● Delivery Support: Devising support structures for effective implementation of the Project involving different stakeholders.

● Resourcing: Finding, onboarding, and supporting human resources to drive Implementation and project satisfaction.

● Communication: Monitor & assess implementation progress, barriers, and work collaboratively with teams to devise solutions, and send timely reports & Communication to all stakeholders.

● Project Development: Facilitate and organize meetings with organizations and experts at various levels for coordination, capacity building, and implementation strategy.

● Documentation: Timely documentation of the progress of project activities.

Skills and Competencies Expected

● Project management ability with minimum 2-3 years’ experience.

● Ability to manage resources

● Good presentation / facilitation skills and an ability to train volunteers.

● Research & data orientation for implementation and iteration.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to think analytically and solve problems.

● Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments under time constraints.

● Well versed with Google Workspace / MS Office and related tools.

● Comfort with communication in English, Hindi and Kannada.

Skills and Competencies Preferred

● Belief in the potential of student ideas and innovation.

● Experience running developmental projects would be preferred.

● Experience in outreach & public relations is an added advantage.
