**Job Title**: Senior Project Manager/Project Manager – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

**Experience Required**:
Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in the development sector, particularly in education, with a focus on assessment-informed instruction. Experience in designing and implementing MEL systems, including indicator selection, data collection, reporting, and database management, is essential. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis using tools like SPSS, Stata, R, Alteryx, Python, or advanced Excel is required. Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Lead the MEL function for specific programs in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh.
– Design and execute monitoring and evaluation frameworks, collaborating with internal teams or external agencies.
– Analyze data to inform program design and decision-making.
– Build capacity within program teams to use data effectively for impact measurement and decision-making.
– Contribute to thought leadership in the education sector through research and evidence-building.
– Develop high-quality evaluation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
