**Job Description: Project Manager – TPD– MCD Scales Programme**

**Position Overview:**
The Project Manager role is pivotal in Peepul’s partnership with the MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) to strengthen learning outcomes through the Exemplar Schools and Teacher Training and Development programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a flagship reform initiative aimed at improving public education.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead project design, piloting, and implementation of interventions for academic reforms.
– Manage the roll-out and scale of support to achieve teacher capacity building goals.
– Collaborate with government stakeholders to develop and implement high-quality initiatives.
– Define success metrics and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
– Foster a positive team culture and maintain strong operational relationships with government partners.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational Background: Preference for candidates with a master’s in social work or relevant experience in education or social work.
– Work Experience: 3-6 years of direct classroom teaching experience in government schools, preferably with project management experience.
– Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
– Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
