**Job Description: Project Manager – TPD– MCD Scales Programme at Peepul**
**Location:** New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:** 4-6 years of direct classroom teaching experience in government schools with a strong track record. Experience managing projects with multi-functional teams is preferred. Awareness of education structures in India is desirable.

**Role Description:**
The Project Manager will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of interventions to support teacher capacity building under Peepul’s partnership with the MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi). The role involves collaborating with government stakeholders to enhance education quality and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead project design, piloting, and implementation of academic reforms.
– Develop and implement interventions such as Professional Learning Communities and mentorship programs.
– Work closely with government partners to build capacity and ensure successful project outcomes.
– Manage project evaluation and maintain strong operational relationships with stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
– Educational Background: Preference for a master’s in social work or related disciplines.
– Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
