**Job Title:** Project Manager, TPD–MCD Scales Programme

**Role Description:**
The Project Manager is crucial for Peepul’s partnership with the MCD to strengthen learning outcomes through teacher training and development. This role involves leading project design, implementation, and stakeholder management to drive academic reforms.
**Responsibilities:**
– Lead project design, piloting, and implementation of interventions.
– Collaborate with government stakeholders on teacher capacity building.
– Manage project implementation to ensure impact, including work planning and coordination with teams.
– Engage in cross-functional relationships and build partnerships for educational initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Social Work preferred.
– 3-6 years of experience in government schools with a track record in project management.
– Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi.
