**Job Description: Project Manager – TPD–MCD Scales Programme**

**Role Overview:**
The Project Manager will lead the Parivartan Programme, focusing on teacher capacity building and academic reforms in collaboration with the MCD. This role involves designing and implementing interventions to improve education quality, managing project execution, and fostering partnerships for sustainable impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design and implement educational interventions such as Professional Learning Communities and mentorship programs.
– Collaborate with government stakeholders to enhance implementation effectiveness.
– Develop evaluation tools and track project success metrics.
– Facilitate training sessions and work closely with education officials to ensure high-quality academic support.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational background in Education, Social Work, or related fields; master’s preferred.
– 4-6 years of experience in government schools with a proven track record.
– Strong analytical and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi.
