## Project Manager – Tech & Innovation

**Job Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Experience Required:** 6-7 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, particularly solar energy, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing off-grid solar PV systems. 

**About the Role:**

As a Project Manager (Tech & Innovation), you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and deploying early-stage decentralized renewable energy driven products and processes. You will manage a team of solar designers, ensuring the successful implementation of Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a team of solar designers in the development and implementation of solar energy systems.

* Conduct techno-commercial feasibility studies based on field surveys and recommend solar power systems.

* Coordinate with end-users, internal teams, and the supply chain network for seamless project execution.

* Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented projects, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.

* Implement proactive problem-solving strategies and troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize project delays.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

* Graduate with an Electrical/Electronics/Energy Engineering background or a relevant hands-on experience in designing and implementing off-grid solar PV systems.

* 6-7 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, particularly solar energy, will be an added advantage.

* Ability to work independently and stay motivated.

* Willingness to travel extensively.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with communities, stakeholders, and team members.

* Interest and passion for working with energy and technology needs for decentralized renewable energy-based livelihoods.
