The Project Manager role will play a key part in building and pioneering waste management and sustainability for the Media & Entertainment sector. We are looking for someone with in-depth operations experience in the Events industry, to help scale up and lead our Zero Waste projects for Film Shoots and Events.

Key Responsibilities:

End to end planning and execution of our zero waste projects for film shoots and events
Design, manage, monitor and ensure smooth implementation of projects
Manage team members across on-ground projects for film shoots and events
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure ethical, efficient and timely implementation
Build strong relationships with clients
Create project reports and share regular updates with clients
Prepare project costing/ budgeting and client proposals

Have 5+ years of experience working at events companies, in a client management role
Care deeply about the environment and making a positive impact
Enjoy leading projects, managing teams and handling clients
Have good project management skills
Are a team player, have good leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
Are proficient at creating and managing cost sheets

Location: This role is open for Mumbai-based candidates only. Please note that the role involves extensive travel within Mumbai and to other cities across India.
