## Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

**Job Location:** Delhi, India
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the digital transformation of our initiatives. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, driving innovation, and ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions across various programs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, external partners, and technology vendors.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on outcomes.
* Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and digital tools.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and mobile applications.
* Experience working with non-profit organizations or development initiatives is preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
