Job Opportunity for Project Manager at Waste Warriors in Corbett

Website Waste Warriors

Project Overview:

Waste generation has increased at a rapid pace over the last decade, and major tourist destinations are facing the brunt of it with excessive open dumping and burning of waste. Having witnessed the deterioration of Sahastradhara, our team decided to take up a project to protect our mountains, forests & rivers from waste dumping and burning. The rationale of the project is to develop civic responsibility and good governance. We set out to show people and administration what ‘clean’ looks like, and we have spent nine years showing that it is possible for communities and administration to work together to find solutions to the waste management crisis.
