## Project Manager – Sustainable Agriculture

**Experience Required:** 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of sustainable agriculture.

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our Sustainable Agriculture program in Ahmedabad. This role will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects aimed at promoting sustainable agricultural practices in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.

* Manage project resources, including staff, consultants, and partners.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

* Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations.

* Identify and mitigate project risks.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including farmers, government agencies, and other NGOs.

* Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

* Stay abreast of the latest developments in sustainable agriculture.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of sustainable agriculture.

* Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices, including organic farming, water conservation, and climate-smart agriculture.

* Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Fluency in English and Hindi.
