Job Description:

As the Project Manager – Construction you will be:

  • Working on end-to-end project site responsibilities covering cost, quality, schedule, EHS
  • Managing the main contractor and sub-contractors
  • Involved in design and execution coordination with the architect and all consultants
  • Reviewing progress on a regular basis with all stake holders
  • Managing vendors, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Ensuring project closure on time.

Requirements

  • B. Tech in Civil Engineering. (PG Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage).
  • 18-20 years’ experience in building construction and project management
  • Proven experience in executing integrated construction works of 1 million sft + project size
  • Project site experience in residential buildings, commercial complex. Any site experience in building educational institutes will be an added advantage.
  • Experience MEP / IT / Finishes / Interior/ Landscape in large projects
  • Knowledge of construction statutory compliance, safety, cost (including QS & billing with back up measures)
  • Experience with Lump sum / Fixed price GC (general Contracting) model
  • Experience in reading Auto-cad 3D / Revit based 2D/3D drawings
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Work experience in the top 5 construction companies in India will be helpful.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites at Central, East & North-East India
