About the Organization

Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in scientific, technical, policy, research, planning, and coordination, etc. activities in effective implementation of different components undertaken by ICMR under PM-ABHIM
  • Develop guidelines, SOPs, templates, formats along with guidance documents
  • Undertake field visits and monitor / review the programme implementation
  • Work with all stakeholders including World Bank Team and ensure successful implementation of the programme
  • Monitor the progress of the PM-ABHIM (in all respects, including Physical and Financial Targets) and provide inputs on a regular basis.
  • Any other assignments as assigned by ICMR and reporting officer, from time to time

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • MBBS, preferably MD in PSM, Community Medicine. Five Years experience in a BSL-2+ / BSL-3 Labs. Experience in handling biomedical instruments and preparation of concept proposals. Conversant with Computer Applications, preparation of Scientific documents and conducting meetings. Planning and Monitoring implementation of the project goals

Salary

Between Rs.01 to 02 Lakhs per month, based on merit and experience
