**Job Description: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager – Academics**
**Location:** Mohali, Punjab, India

**Position Summary:**
CSF seeks a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager based in Mohali to support the state FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) team in developing and implementing a holistic foundational learning programme. This role involves working on academic workstreams such as Teaching-Learning Materials, Teacher Capacity Building, Mentoring, Assessments, and Classroom Observations. The position requires daily interaction with government officials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop work products, documents, and outputs related to academic workstreams in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
– Support the state in designing quality curricular materials, including academic calendars, learning outcome frameworks, teacher guides, lesson plans, and student worksheets.
– Assist in developing an assessment framework for early grades, including system and school-based assessments.
– Provide support for conducting training needs assessments, designing teacher training modules, and monitoring training activities.
– Design on-site mentoring programs for teachers based on evidence from classroom observations.
– Monitor and evaluate program implementation, providing course correction as needed.
– Manage knowledge documentation and dissemination of implementation processes.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in education, development studies, or social sciences.
– 1.5 to 4 years of post-qualification experience for Project Manager; 4 to 6 years for Senior Project Manager, preferably in the education sector with teaching experience.
– Experience in academic areas such as curriculum design, classroom teaching, and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy is preferred.
– Keen interest in the education/development sector.
– Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and typing skills; knowledge of Punjabi is an advantage.
– Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
