**Job Description: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager – Consultant (EdTech)**

Central Square Foundation (CSF) is a non-profit philanthropic foundation established in 2012 with the mission to transform school education in India. We focus on improving learning outcomes for children, particularly from low-income communities, by leveraging foundational learning and EdTech solutions. CSF partners with organizations, governments, and individuals to drive systemic change in education through innovative interventions, capacity building, and policy advocacy.
**Position Overview:**
The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager – Consultant (EdTech) will lead and support CSF’s growing portfolio of Education Technology initiatives. This role involves end-to-end project management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and driving innovation in education through technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in the EdTech sector, and a passion for improving educational outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and support projects related to EdTech, including goal setting, budgeting, implementation, and reporting.
– Identify innovative solutions based on current and emerging trends in EdTech.
– Lead capacity building initiatives for the EdTech portfolio.
– Develop public goods with ecosystem partners and manage internal/external reporting and reviews.
– Support the EdTech Accelerator program to drive systemic change in education.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree (preferably in business, economics, education, or public policy).
– 2-5 years of experience for PMs and 6-10 years for PLs in project management, consulting, grant management, or startups.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan timelines, and meet deadlines.
– Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and growing teams.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Preference for experience in education/EdTech, entrepreneurial spirit, and a can-do attitude.
**Compensation:**
Remuneration is competitive and aligned with Indian philanthropy pay scales, depending on the candidate’s experience level.
