* Systematically identify diverse needs of the poor, understand and define the role of sustainable development, poverty alleviation, and decentralized energy.

* Create and deploy innovative solutions that positively impact well-being, health, education, and livelihoods towards poverty alleviation.

* Foster the development of enabling conditions or an ecosystem through holistic thought processes in technology, finance, entrepreneurship, and policy. 

 

Currently, the foundation operates across 10 states in India.

 

**Description:**

 

Selco Foundation is currently replicating its Energy for Health program across Arunachal Pradesh, focusing on strengthening health infrastructure in the state. The program aims to democratize health services in remote villages by promoting energy efficiency, powering healthcare with clean and renewable energy, and providing green building infrastructure. 

 

The Project Manager – Technology will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing health infrastructure projects across the districts of Arunachal Pradesh.

 

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

 

* Plan and conduct need assessment and site surveys.

* Generate technical DPRs (Detailed Project Reports).

* Design technical specifications for projects at the district level.

* Train installation teams on required standards.

* Monitor the quality of installation at regular intervals.

* Document the quality of installation across all districts.

* Monitor the quality of products supplied.

 

**Key Requirements:**

 

* Equivalent experience in designing off-grid solar solutions and installing clean energy projects at a decentralized level.

* Proven experience in quality management of clean energy projects.

* Work experience in technical documentation of clean energy projects.

* Willingness to travel extensively.
