## Project Manager – Technology, Nagaland – Energy For Health

**Job Description:**
Selco Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced **Project Manager – Technology** to join our Energy for Health program in Nagaland. This 12-month contract position will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing health infrastructure projects across the state.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct need assessments and site surveys to generate technical project feasibility reports (DPRs).
* Design technical specifications for projects at the district level.
* Train installation teams on established standards and quality control measures.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of installations at regular intervals.
* Document the quality of installations across all districts.
* Oversee the quality of products supplied for the projects.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* 4-6 years of proven experience in designing and implementing off-grid solar solutions and clean energy projects at a decentralized level.
* Demonstrated expertise in quality management of clean energy projects.
* Strong technical documentation skills for clean energy projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within Nagaland.
**Location:** Kohima, Nagaland.
**Working Days:** Mondays to Saturdays.
**Start Date:** Immediately.
**About the Role:**
This position will play a vital role in strengthening health infrastructure across Nagaland by providing clean and renewable energy solutions to healthcare facilities in remote villages. We believe in democratizing access to essential health services through energy efficiency, 100% clean energy, and green building infrastructure.
