## Project Manager, Think Tank (Systems’ Designer)

**Experience Required:**

* At least 5 years of experience in service design.

* Demonstrated in-depth understanding and application of service design tools. Experience in the social impact space is preferred.

**Job Description:**

SELCO Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our Think Tank. The Think Tank focuses on sharing learnings and best practices with the larger development sector to promote inclusion, prosperity, and sustainability. 

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing program designs aimed at transforming and shifting ecosystems. You will leverage design thinking and service design tools to pilot, adapt, and disseminate solutions for sustained impact in the social sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and manage design research activities in collaboration with implementation teams, bringing in external experts as needed.

* Execute system mapping, stakeholder journeys, scenarios, and service specifications for chosen programs.

* Conduct landscape studies to identify gaps in the ecosystem and their impact on the sustainability of field-level impact.

* Develop frameworks and tools that improve program design, adapting design research, systems design, and service design tools to deliver sustained impact.

* Lead and deliver innovative communication strategies to inform the sector about SELCO’s key learnings in systems thinking and ecosystem building.

* Conduct regular internal team meetings to identify opportunities for improved systems thinking application.

* Design and plan regular blogs, newsletters, and updates to inform the sector about the organization’s key learnings.

* Stay abreast of emerging trends and narratives in the sector.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

* Deep understanding of service design concepts and demonstrated application of relevant tools.

* Keen interest in systems thinking principles.

* Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.

* Ability to process complex information and simplify it for easy consumption.

* Creative thinking and communication skills, with a focus on promoting systems thinking.
