**Job Description: Project Officer**

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Project Planning and Implementation:** Develop project plans with clear goals, objectives, activities, timelines, and budgets; oversee implementation and monitor progress.

– **Monitoring and Evaluation:** Design systems to track performance and outcomes; analyze data and prepare reports for stakeholders.

– **Stakeholder Engagement:** Maintain relationships with partners and beneficiaries; facilitate meetings and ensure stakeholder participation.

– **Financial Management:** Manage project budgets, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the finance team.

– **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare timely reports and maintain project documentation to meet donor requirements.

– **Capacity Building:** Identify training needs and deliver programs to enhance staff skills.

– **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure adherence to laws and guidelines; identify and mitigate risks.

– **Networking and Collaboration:** Build networks with NGOs and government agencies to enhance project outcomes.

 

**Qualifications:**

– BSW/MSW/MBA (Rural Development) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

– Excellent organizational and time management skills.

– Strong report writing and content creation abilities.

– Knowledge in rural livelihoods, education, skill development, health, community development, and infrastructure.

– Proficiency in computer applications and MIS management.

 

**Essential Skills:**

– Smart Phone usage is required for effective communication and data collection.
