**Job Description: Project Specialist – Entrepreneurship Development**
**Location:** Ahmedabad/Gadu (Junagadh), Gujarat
**Experience Required:** Minimum 5+ years in managing entrepreneurship and livelihood projects, particularly with women and youth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage the entrepreneurship development program.
– Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to raise awareness about entrepreneurship among youth.
– Identify and address the needs of rural entrepreneurs, developing support systems for them.
– Plan and implement training programs, exposure visits, and financial assistance for entrepreneurs.
– Liaise with government departments and financial institutions to aid entrepreneurs.
– Maintain project data and MIS for reporting purposes.
– Develop periodic progress reports to communicate outcomes effectively.
– Manage and plan the program budget.
**Skills & Competencies:**
– Strong understanding of rural enterprises, livelihoods, and income generation opportunities.
– Knowledge of entrepreneurship development processes, training needs, local ecosystems, and support structures.
– Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
– Proficiency in MIS management, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
– Effective report writing and communication abilities.
– Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools and systems.
– Strong project management skills.
