**Experience Required:**  

Minimum of 5+ years managing entrepreneurship and livelihood projects, particularly with women and youth in rural areas.

**Skills & Competencies:**  

– Understanding of rural enterprises and income generation opportunities.

– Knowledge of the entrepreneurship development process, training needs, and local ecosystems.

– Strong project management, stakeholder liaison, and analytical skills.

– Proficiency in MIS, monitoring, evaluation tools, report writing, and communication.

**Job Profile:**  

– Manage the Entrepreneurship Development Programme.

– Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to raise awareness among youth.

– Develop support systems for rural entrepreneurs, including training and financial assistance.

– Liaise with government departments and financial institutions.

– Maintain project data, develop MIS, and prepare progress reports.

– Plan and manage programme budgets.
