FED has identified Export Led Labor Intensive Manufacturing, Tourism, and Construction as key sectors for growth through targeted reforms. We are actively working with state governments like UP, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu to achieve their economic growth goals.

**Our Approach:**

Our work is divided into three key areas:

* **Research and Strategy:** Deep dives into identified sectors, stakeholder engagement, international best practice analysis, and evidence-based recommendations.

* **Communication and Outreach:** Building awareness for opportunities and reforms through op-eds, social media campaigns, and direct interaction with policymakers.

* **Implementation Support:** Collaborating with state governments to implement actionable plans and promote target sectors.

**Position Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional Project Lead to join our team at a pivotal moment of growth and development. The Project Lead will be responsible for developing actionable plans, managing priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. This role involves research and scoping exercises, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, crafting organizational growth strategies, and providing strategic support to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute work plans, aligning with agreed targets, goals, and budget, in collaboration with leadership.

* Contribute to stakeholder mapping and advocacy plans.

* Develop and maintain strong engagement with government and private sector leaders.

* Manage diverse operational tasks to ensure organizational success.

* Prepare structured documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external reviews.

* Manage and coordinate projects with relevant stakeholders.

* Analyze publicly available data and provide insightful recommendations.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**

* Masters or equivalent degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or Public Administration from a top-tier institution.

* 6-10 years of experience, with at least two years managing project teams.

* Exceptional analytical and technical skills.

* High attention to detail, accuracy, protocol, and deadline adherence.

* Strong analytical thinking and sound business judgment.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-facing skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.

* High level of flexibility and responsiveness, adaptable to changing priorities.

* Proven self-starter, comfortable with remote team dynamics, and demonstrating problem-solving and organizational skills.

**Experience Required:** 6-10 years of experience, with at least two years in a managing project teams.
