**Job Description: Public Health Specialist**
**Location:** Gurugram
**Experience Required:**
– **Essential:** MBBS degree with 5 years of work experience post-MBBS or 1-2 years post-MD/PhD, or 12 years post PhD.
– **Desirable:** MD in Community Medicine/Preventive Social Medicine or PhD in Epidemiology/Social Sciences/Management with public health experience. Continued education in pedagogy focusing on learning technologies.

**Deliverables:**
– Manage daily project activities, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
– Oversee capacity development through workshops and training.
– Collaborate on course material design and pedagogical decisions.
– Develop and implement blended learning modules.
– Address bottlenecks, resolve issues, and guide the team.
– Liaise with stakeholders for collaborations and correspondence.
– Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
– Travel as required.
