**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Analyst

**Experience Required:** Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including field data collection through surveys, interviews, and other tools. Experience in data analysis using software like Microsoft Excel is essential. Familiarity with non-profit organizations and team management is preferred.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop and update regional action plans and sampling strategies.

– Conduct field surveys, interviews, observations, and focus group discussions.

– Ensure high-quality data collection and verification processes.

– Support the design of survey tools and questionnaires.

– Prepare daily target trackers, district visit reports, and end-of-field visit summaries.

– Participate in training programs and support research studies through data collection.

 

**Qualifications:**

– Graduate degree in Social Science or a related field.

– Strong analytical skills with knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CAPI tools.

– Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.

– Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%) in remote areas.

 

**Skills:**

– Soft Skills: Planning, communication, observation, task/time management, feedback understanding.

– Technical Skills: Conducting qualitative interviews, data visualization, research methodologies, software proficiency.
