**Position:** Recruiter, Global Recruitment  

**Location:** New Delhi, India  

**Experience Required:**  

– Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a global or international organization.  

– Proven track record in sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across diverse geographies.  

– Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, or development organizations is highly desirable.  

– Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
