**Job Description: Recruitment Associate – Navi Mumbai**
**Job Location:** Navi Mumbai
**Experience Required:** 2 years of relevant work experience

**Responsibilities:**
– **Inputs to Strategy:** Collaborate with team leaders to identify recruitment needs and analyze data for strategic decisions.
– **Recruitment Strategy:** Develop JDs and contribute to role design, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
– **Recruitment Process:** Screen, short-list candidates on job portals, manage talent pools, and build relationships.
– **Outreach:** Partner with colleges and communicate teams for recruitment and branding strategies.
– **Interviewing:** Refine interview logistics and maintain effective interactions post-offer roll-out.
**Prerequisites:**
– Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Experience in recruitment, partnerships, or similar roles is a plus
**Compensation and Benefits:**
Salary range: 3.78 – 4.2 LPA CTC
