**About iTeach Schools:**

iTeach Schools is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of secondary education for students from low-income communities in India.  Currently operating 12 free, high-impact secondary schools and a college-to-career program in Pune and Navi Mumbai, iTeach serves over 4500 students and 3000 alumni.  With a team of 300, iTeach aims to expand to 30 schools and 10,000 students within the next five years, partnering with Municipal Corporations to create contextual school models.  iTeach prioritizes its people, believing that its success hinges on its team’s capabilities.

**Job Summary:**

The Recruitment Associate plays a crucial role in iTeach’s growth by identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent. This position is integral to the People Operations team and directly impacts the organization’s success and the students it serves.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Strategic Input:** Collaborate with team leaders to forecast recruitment needs, analyze recruitment data, and conduct field research to understand target audience needs.  Develop job descriptions and contribute to role design.

* **Recruitment Management:** Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various roles (fresh graduates, lateral hires, interns).  Identify and cultivate talent pools, manage the application process, and screen/shortlist candidates from online portals.

* **Outreach & Branding:** Build and maintain relationships with colleges and institutions.  Partner with the Communications team to implement effective outreach and branding strategies.

* **Interviewing & Onboarding:**  Manage the interview process, refine interview logistics, and collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure timely offer letters and a positive candidate experience from offer to acceptance.

**Prerequisites:**

* **Required:** Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.

* **Preferred:** 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment.

* **Essential:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The salary range for this position is 3.6 – 4.2 LPA CTC.  Benefits include PF, gratuity, medical insurance (up to 3 lakh PA), paid leaves, annual increments, and promotion opportunities.
