**Job Title:** Regional Coordinator (Haryana)
**Location:** Fatehabad, Haryana, India (covering districts: Fatehabad, Hisar, Sirsa)

EAII supports state governments in implementing evidence-based public health programs, including safe drinking water initiatives and school-based National Deworming Day and iron and folic acid supplementation across 11 states. **Experience Required:**
– Graduate or postgraduate degree in health, social work, sociology, psychology, management, or equivalent with 3-5 years of professional experience in public health, maternal/child health, nutrition, school-based interventions, or adolescent programs.
– Experience working with government officials in Health, Education, and Women and Child Development departments at regional, district, and block levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Advocacy and Coordination:** Represent EAII’s programs at regional/district levels, maintain relationships with government officials, and participate in meetings to strengthen program implementation.
2. **Program Implementation:** Coordinate training cascades, monitor field activities, facilitate IEC campaigns, and ensure timely reporting and data collection.
3. **Fieldwork:** Conduct regular field visits (15 days/month), support district/block-level planning, and address supply chain issues for health programs.
4. **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare progress reports, success stories, and action plans based on field insights.
**Requirements:**
– Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
– Valid driving license with own vehicle (organization does not provide).
– Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Forms, data collection tools).
– Understanding of local geography and dialect preferred.
