**Job Description: Regional Coordinator (Rajasthan) – EAII Advisors, Evidence Action**

 

**Location:**  

Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India  

 

**Experience Required:**  

– At least 5 years of experience in the development sector, preferably in Education or Maternal/Child Health, nutrition, school-based interventions, or adolescent programs.  

– Experience working with government officials or NGOs is preferred.

EAII Advisors is a technical partner for Evidence Action in India, supporting state governments in implementing evidence-based public health programs such as safe drinking water initiatives and school-based National Deworming Day (NDD) and iron and folic acid supplementation (IFA). Operating across 11 states, EAII Advisors works with ministries of Health, Education, Water, and Women and Child Development to reduce health burdens and improve the wellbeing of children and families.  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Represent EAII’s IFA Supplementation and NDD programs at regional/district levels and provide technical support for program implementation.  

– Work closely with state government departments (Health, Education, WCD) and other stakeholders to strengthen interdepartmental coordination.  

– Participate in regional review meetings, district coordination committee meetings, and other relevant forums to advocate for program expansion and budget allocation.  

– Coordinate with state team members and tele-calling units on program requirements.  

– Conduct field visits (approximately 15 working days per month) to monitor program implementation, including supply chain management, training, and IEC activities.  

– Support district officials in report submission, data analysis, and presentation development.  

– Document program progress, success stories, and learning experiences.  

 

**Key Requirements:**  

– Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in the development sector.  

– Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.  

– Valid driving license and ability to arrange transportation (organization does not provide a vehicle).  

– Computer proficiency with MS Office.  

– Experience working with government officials at district and block levels is desirable.
