**Job Description**:  

WWF India is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication and networking skills to join its tele-fundraising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative ways to raise awareness about India’s biodiversity and effectively communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors. Key responsibilities include:  

– Contacting donors through calls to explain WWF India’s work and generate funds for conservation efforts.  

– Building long-term relationships with donors and upgrading them within the donor pyramid.  

– Meeting fundraising targets set by the line manager.  

**Requirements**:  

– Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a recognized university.  

– Excellent English communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people.  

– Highly performance-oriented and team-oriented.  

– Energy and drive to inspire others and promote WWF India’s work.  

– Public speaking skills or business development experience.  

– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  

– Sales background or telecommunication background is preferred.
