Job Description
- Own the overall product release plan of major and minor releases in a structured manner
- Apply project management principles to ensure smooth processes and effective communication channels for relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with product managers / lead to ensure that product / business KPIs are being realised as part of the release / rollout processes
- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists
- Prepare release documentation such as release notes (major, minor and patch), bug fix reports, and other internal and external reporting as needed
- Establish, track, and drive release milestones in line with client / user requirements
- Monitor and manage risks and changes to release plan, working closely with the QA team to ensure high quality deliverables
- Serve as a part of the cross-functional ECHO Digital user support team and help users with issue resolution via email, chat and phone as needed
- Coordinate release process with product, engineer and QA managers to ensure consistent workflow, transparency and alignment
- Coordinate external dependencies from the partner side, working closely with the projects and replication teams to identify potential candidates for rollout, and align on rollout planning in a phased manner
- 3-5 years experience in project management or similar roles in internet-based/ technology companies
- Strong customer/end-user orientation and ability to relate to customers and identify their pain points
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
