**Job Description**
**Position:** Remote Monitoring Systems Manager – Energy for Health
**Location:** Bengaluru, India

SELCO Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on developing clean energy solutions to alleviate poverty in underserved communities. It collaborates with various stakeholders to provide sustainable energy access and improve livelihoods across India.
**Experience Required:** 8+ years of experience in data analysis, energy systems, or related fields.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead identification and market research for RMS technologies.
– Build partnerships for RMS implementation across 25K health facilities.
– Coordinate with vendors for documentation and system installation.
– Develop process documentation and dashboards for monitoring.
– Conduct quality checks and data validation for RMS installations.
– Provide training to CRM teams and stakeholders on RMS operations.
– Analyze data and generate reports for internal and external partners.
– Address site issues related to RMS and coordinate with internal teams.
– Offer feedback and recommendations on system functionality and optimization.
– Conduct field visits and build local team capacity for O&M.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
– Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
– Excellent communication abilities.
– Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
– Willingness to travel extensively in challenging terrains.
