  • Programme Reporting, Proposals and Grants (ability to capture the important aspects of a programme and reflect impact in effective and meaningful ways).
  • Preparation of Impact Reports for Corporate Partners and Individual Donors: Quarter, Annual and
  • Funds Utilization Reports.
  • Tracker and Monitor Impact effectively and efficiently.
  • Responsible for researching, collecting data from the program team, and compiling program reports.
  • Work with department managers to compile financials and data.
  • Develop new approaches and opportunities to increase individual giving
  • Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns to bring in new donors and retain existing donors.
  • Creatively curate and write Mailer campaigns.

Must Haves: 

  • Min. 6 months to 1 years of experience with content writing or writing -creative/informal/formal. (Internships also qualify)
  • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills.
  • Strong creativity (campaign/mailer/design ideas) and creative writing skills.
  • Strong hold on English Language and Grammar.
  • Ability to work on Google spreadsheets, and MS Office proficiency (Word and Excel), Mailer tools and Canva and other/any design tools.

Recommended Skills:

  • Strong research skills (Ability to understand, process and present information and data).
  • Impact Assessment Ability.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams/personalities and maintain positive relationships.
  • Good organizational skills and you must be result oriented and organized.
  • Attention to detail.
