**Job Title:** Research Analyst – Powering Livelihoods
**Position Overview:**
CEEW seeks a Research Analyst to support the Powering Livelihoods (PL) initiative, which focuses on leveraging clean energy to enhance rural livelihoods in India. The role involves conducting market research, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to knowledge products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct primary and secondary market research on DRE-powered livelihood solutions.
– Engage with entrepreneurs, investors, and other ecosystem players to understand market dynamics.
– Prepare market research reports, databases, and knowledge products.
– Support the team in developing concept notes, research reports, and policy briefs.
– Participate in conferences, workshops, and training programs to communicate research findings.
– Assist in building strategic partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Master’s degree in developmental studies, political science, environment, public policy, or a related field.
– **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in market research, preferably in the agri-sector or rural markets.
– **Skills:** Strong analytical and communication skills; familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., STATA).
– **Additional:** Understanding of India’s livelihood and microenterprise schemes; exposure to DRE technologies is a plus.
