Job Summary

The Research Assistant will conduct socio-legal research and assist in researcher and/or advocacy related work. The candidate will undertake extensive data entry work, data handling and analysis. The candidate should be self-motivated and a team player.

Should have high emotional intelligence and a strong value system. Should be a sensitive listener. Should be able to work from home and field. Has to comply with the ethical standards of the organization.

Education

• Law Graduate + 1 year experience.

• Prior research experience especially within the criminal justice system will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with the criminal justice system

• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel spread sheets.

Language Skills

Fluent in English and Hindi. Any other regional language skill will be an advantage.
