**Project Overview:**  

The SAHARA program aims to scale evidence-based interventions for perinatal mental health and early child development across Madhya Pradesh by training community workers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Document literature reviews and field testing.

– Support data analysis and report writing.

– Design project materials and assist in research activities.

– Organize capacity-building sessions.

**Candidate Requirements:**

– Postgraduate degree in Public Health or related fields.

– Proficiency in MS Office, communication skills, and experience in literature reviews and qualitative research.

– Ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

**Desirable Criteria:**  

– Training in psychology or public health.

– Experience with data collection and analysis tools like NVivo, SPSS, or Stata.

**Remuneration:** INR 30,000 per month.
