Job Opportunity for Research Assistant at Umeed Child Development Center in Mumbai

Ummeed Child Development Center is looking for a Research Assistant who can work with the clinic team and the M&E team to collect data on the family outcome survey from every family that seek services at the clinic. The RA would be required to interact with the families (both in person and over phone calls), explain the purpose of the survey, and assist families to fill in the forms using google forms link. The RA will be required to follow up with families to ensure the data is collected in a timely manner.

Role and responsibilities

1.      Reach out to families and explain the survey form

2.      Send survey links and follow up with families to fill the survey forms

3.      Assist families to fill the form if required

4.      Maintain a tracker sheet and update the status on a regular basis

5.      Undertake basic data cleaning and data management

Qualification

1.      Graduate degree

2.      Good communications skills – Proficient in English, Marathi and Hindi

3.      Good excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)

4.      Basic understanding of google forms

This would be a 1-year contract and could be renewed based on the extension of the project.

Working Hours: 40hours a week
