**Job Description: Research Associate – CSR Programs**

**Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat  

**Salary Range:** INR 2.5 LPA to 4.0 LPA (Depending on Experience)

**Position Overview:**  

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Research Associate to contribute to our CSR programs through data-driven insights and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Research and Analysis:** Conduct web-based research on CSR themes, geographies, and corporate trends; perform literature reviews and analyze data using tools like SPSS, R, or MS Excel.

– **Data Management:** Accurately enter and analyze data, ensuring quality and reliability through rigorous checks.

– **Research Design and Execution:** Collaborate with the team to design and execute research projects, utilizing advanced tools such as Survey CTO, Tableau, or Python.

– **Project Management:** Manage projects efficiently, working cross-functionally to gather resources and ensure timely delivery.

– **Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration:** Communicate findings effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback into research outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

– **Education:** A graduate or post-graduate degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.

– **Experience:** Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, and project implementation.

– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel skills; knowledge of tools like SPSS, R, Python, or Tableau is advantageous.

– **Sector Understanding:** Familiarity with the development sector, CSR, and social impact programs.

– **Personal Attributes:** Enthusiasm for continuous learning, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and time management abilities.
