**Job Description:**
The Centre for Innovative Finance & Social Impact at ISDM seeks a passionate research professional to contribute to unique research studies. This role involves understanding, synthesizing, and documenting the implications of management practices within the development sector. Studies span a broad range of stakeholders, including social purpose organizations, donors, investors, and support ecosystem providers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the execution of research projects through secondary research, data collection, and analysis (quantitative and qualitative).
* Co-author and support the creation of research papers, reports, case studies, and other knowledge assets.
* Maintain the knowledge infrastructure for Centre of Excellence projects.
* Design and organize online consultations, seminars, and conferences.
* Facilitate capacity-building workshops for ISDM research partners.
* Support collaborative teams within and outside ISDM.
* Represent ISDM at workshops, seminars, and conferences.
**Educational Qualifications and Experience Required:**
* 2-3 years of experience in applied research on philanthropy, data science, innovative finance, or the social sector.
* Post-graduate degree (or equivalent) in Management Studies, Innovative Finance, Economics, or Data Science.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Knowledge of research designs and methodologies.
* Experience with social sector organizations.
* Proven ability to work in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ownership, accountability, collaborative teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in impact assessment, impact assessment tools, impact evaluation, M&E, or social impact assessment is required.
