**Experience Required:** 5-10 years of experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or related fields. 

**Education:** MSW from a reputed institute. 

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Resource Mobilization Officer/Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, cultivating, and securing funding from individuals, corporations, and institutions. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Donor acquisition, mapping, and resource mobilization.

* Utilize public speaking skills to identify potential niche donors and organize initiatives to solicit funding.

* Grant writing for Institutional & International Corporate donors.

* Plan and execute fundraising events with excellent initiative to further our fundraising campaigns and help The We Foundation achieve its financial goals.

* Develop resourceful strategies for International fundraising, including bilateral, multilateral, international government fundraising, corporate fundraising, etc. 

* Contribute to brand awareness and brand building activities. 

* Organize and lead global campaigns.

**Skills and Knowledge:**

* **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with donors, team members, and stakeholders.

* **Relationship Building:**  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.

* **Strategic Thinking:**  Proven ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals.

* **Networking:**  Extensive networking skills to connect with individuals and organizations that can support the foundation’s mission.

* **Creativity & Innovation:** Ability to generate innovative fundraising ideas and adapt to changing donor trends.

* **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure fundraising campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

* **Time Management & Organization:**  Exceptional time management and organization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

* **Passion & Commitment:**  A genuine passion for The We Foundation’s mission and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
