Educate Girls is a non-profit organization established in 2007, dedicated to mobilizing communities for girls’ education in India’s rural and educationally disadvantaged areas. Their scalable and sustainable program model is built on the foundation of India’s Right to Education Act. Starting with a pilot of 500 schools, they have expanded to over 24,000 schools across 33 districts in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Since inception, they’ve enrolled over 1.4 million out-of-school girls and impacted 18.6 million beneficiaries. Educate Girls aims to transform lives through Project Pragati, targeting 10 million adolescent girls and young women over the next decade.

**Job Description:**
The Resource Mobilization Specialist will lead efforts in identifying and engaging corporate donors. Key responsibilities include:
– **Lead Generation:** Identify potential donors through research and industry networks, maintaining a qualified leads database.
– **Outreach and Qualification:** Engage prospects via email, phone, and social media, assessing their needs and setting up discovery calls.
– **Meeting Coordination:** Collaborate with the Fundraising team to schedule meetings and prepare program demonstrations.
– **Follow-Up:** Nurture relationships with leads, providing timely responses and updating the fundraising team.
– **Market Research:** Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to refine strategies.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or presales support, preferably in B2B environments.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
