**Job Title:** Retention Officer – Fundraising

**Requirements:**

– Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a recognized university.

– Excellent English communication skills with ability to build rapport.

– Highly performance-oriented, able to work in a team.

– Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF India’s work.

– Public speaking skills or BD experience.

– Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities.

– Sales background or telecommunication experience.
