**Job Description: Sales/ Fundraising Officer – Acquisition (New Delhi)**

**Job Location:**
New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:**
– Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Sales or relevant background.
– Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new donors through various channels such as LinkedIn, Digital Marketing, Events, Workshops, and Donor Referrals.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire people.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Transform potential leads into active donors through ongoing efforts.
– Generate revenue from acquisition data.
– Maintain consistent communication with donors through calls, emails, in-person meetings, etc., to explain WWF India’s work.
– Meet or exceed targets set by the line manager for donor acquisition.
**Requirements:**
– Graduate/ Postgraduate/ MBA from a recognized University.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Highly performance-oriented with the ability to work in a team.
– Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF India’s mission.
– Ability to balance priorities while managing multiple tasks.
