Job Description – 

• Solid experience in Sales force and MS office. 

• Knowledge on Sales force dashboard and customization

• Efficient in troubleshooting, malfunctions in Sales force

• Proactive thinking and prioritization of work

• Strong communication skills;

• Explain terms and conditions to Managers on interested parties like Salesforce, AMS etc..

• Good Analytical Skills

• Work with Internal Stake Holders

• Identifying training needs and coaching on sales force to internal stake holders.

• Program writing at the backend of Sales force.
