**Job Description**

 

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate **Scholarship Facilitator** to join our team.  In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing and implementing our CSR-funded scholarship program. You will be responsible for:

 

* **Managing Scholarship Program:** Execute and oversee the scholarship program for chosen B Pharma students in accordance with the schedule and project implementation strategy.

* **Scholar Recruitment & Selection:**  Determine which universities offer B Pharma degrees, publicize scholarship programs, and identify qualified candidates.

* **Scholar Support & Mentorship:** Serve as a point of contact for scholars and faculty/staff, offering resources and information about programs and events related to scholarships. Regularly observe scholars’ development and provide mentorship.

* **Training Program Facilitation:** Support planning and facilitation of training programs involving external trainers.

* **Partnership Development:** Identify companies/corporates and create formal partnerships to organize exposure visits, training, internship, and placement opportunities for scholars.

* **Addressing Scholar Concerns:** Recognize and address concerns or problems with students.

* **Database Management & Reporting:** Assist with database administration and operations processes. Plan the creation and upkeep of the scholarship management information system (MIS). 

* **Event Coordination:** Coordinate special events such as exposure visits, scholar meets, and other events as planned.

* **Financial Planning & Reporting:**  Periodically plan and report on activities and finances as per the program calendar.

* **Additional Responsibilities:**  Any other assignments in similar projects.

 

**Qualifications**

 

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Hospital Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or any other relevant degree.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in foundations, development organizations, or relevant sectors.

* Understanding of higher education systems, financial aid processes, and scholarship opportunities. 

* Understanding of financial management processes, particularly managing and distributing scholarships.

* Proficiency in computers and standard office software (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
